Mix all ingredients except Smoobees for 4minutes on medium speed. Add Smoobees and mix for 1 minute on low speed.
Baking
Pipe +- 55gr into a baking paper cone and bake for appr. 20 minutes at 170°C. Let cool down.
Decorating
Melt Coverflex until 28°C. Add the orange coloring and mix well. Dip the Carrot Cake into the coating and sprinkle some orange sugar on top of it. Let it set.
Melt Carat till 40°C and add the green coloring. Pipe the leaves of the carrots by using a small piping bag. Stick the leaves to the carrot.
