Cookie Dough

Blend all ingredients together and laminate the dough at 9 mm. Cut a circle of 7 mm and bake. When they are baked, push the center to create a hollow area. Let cool down.

Filling

Fill the cavity with the Cremfil Ultim Hazelnut.

Decoration

Pour tempered chocolate in between two acetate sheets and flat it down with a PVC pipe. Cut a disc of chocolate the same diameter as the cookies and let set. Stick the disc on the Cremfil Ultim.
