Mix all the ingredients except Smoobees on medium speed with a paddle for 4 min. Add the Smoobees and mix for 1 minute on slow speed.

Soften the mimetic incorporation and add all other ingredients. Spread the batter thin out on a silpad in the shape you like. Bake appr. 12 minutes at 180°C. When they come out of the oven roll them immediately into a cone.

Decoration
Melt Coverflex until 25°C. Dip the cone 2mm in Coverflex and place half a cake on top of it. Let it set. Take a second half sphere and put it on top. Dip the complete cake ball into Coverflex and decorate as you like.
